Just so you know, when we talk about 'us', 'we', 'our' on our Cloverlea Designs website – we are referring to Cloverlea Designs. When we refer to our fabulous customers, we use terms such as customers, 'you' or 'your' - or someone we hope love our products so much that you become a shopper of Cloverlea Designs.

How to place an order with Cloverlea Designs

• Step 1. After finding one or more of our fabulous products that you wish to purchase, simply nominate the amount of that particular product you wish to buy (ie, 1, 2 etc).
• Step 2. You will be taken to your shopping cart where you can choose to Continue to Shop or complete the sale where you will be moved to the Checkout section of our website.
• Step 3. Here's where we will ask you for the delivery details and if the product is intended as a gift for someone. If so we can arrange gift wrapping on your behalf.
• Step 4. We have various methods of payment available so take your pick! We won’t be long whilst we verify all the details.
• Step 5. Finish the buying of your products by selecting ‘Finish the Sale’. From there we will provide you with a confirmation of your order to your email address.
